I had the opportunity to have Cesar as a leadership coach during a six month period. Cesar’s well balanced mix of technique and personal approach helped me develop both my leadership skills and the way I manage people as well as help me clarify my own personal career ambitions. The sessions provided me with tools and techniques and a way of thinking that I use in my everyday work as a global manager in a demanding environment. It also helped me view things from a different perspective.

The coaching sessions I attended have helped me gain a sense of direction. Before these sessions I was not the best at managing my time and too afraid to say anything to anyone about it. After a few coaching sessions I was able to get a better view of my day to day which makes it easier to prioritize. I also gained the confidence to speak out to the right people and get my point across professionally without sounding like a complainer. Although these strengths were already within me, the coaching sessions played a major part in releasing them.
