About Me
As an iPEC trained coach, I have been given the gift of the Core Energy Leadership Philosophy that iPEC is known for. It changed my life, and I can help you change your life.
Becoming a transition and career coach was the natural outgrowth of a long and difficult journey, filled with challenges and transitions. I was widowed at thirty-five and raised and supported my two children on my own as my husband left me in great debt when he died.
Before I became a successful business owner with my own recruitment firm, I had had many low-paying jobs, struggling to find my way in the world as I and my husband had previously been artists. I knew poverty and then I knew what it took to become successful. But I had been fortunate, my career had chosen me, and it was good to me, but I worked 24/7 in a highly stressful job for twenty five years, and toward the end of that run I felt there was a greater purpose for my existence.
The best part of recruiting for me was the coaching aspect, helping people to find their true talents and strengths and set them on career paths that were meaningful to them with potential for growth.
I took this insight and researched coaching programs and when I came across iPEC, I knew I had found the right school, with the right philosophy and core training methods for me.
As your ally or partner, I will help you discover and attain whatever goals or dreams you want for yourself in a nonjudgmental, caring manner without imposing any opinions myself. We at iPEC believe you, the client, have all the answers within yourself to get to where you want to be. Together we form an alliance to help you rid yourself of blocks, limiting beliefs, tame your gremlins and I have vast experience and knowledge to help you find your way in the world.
