Associate Certified Coach (ACC) is an introductory coaching credential issued by the International Coach Federation (ICF), the world's largest governing body for coaches.
Minimum requirements for ACC credential:
- 60 hours of coach specific training
- 10 hours of working with a mentor coach
- 100 hours of client coaching
- 8 clients
- understands and abides by the ICF code of ethics
- demonstrates advanced skills requirements based on the ICF coaching core competencies
I work with fellow engineers who want more meaning, passion, joy, and/or fun from their work. I also enjoy helping clients to utilize both their hearts and minds to make their best decisions.
About Me
I majored in chemical engineering at Kansas State University and graduated summa cum laude in May 2001. I’ve worked at The Dow Chemical Company as a polyethylene production engineer, as a product consultant and technical trainer for a Monte Carlo simulation software company (Crystal Ball), as a continuous improvement manager for United Airlines, and, now, I’m an entrepreneur. I am a registered professional engineer (PE) in the state of Colorado, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation, and a certified Six Sigma black belt. In addition to coaching, I provide process improvement and data analysis/modeling consulting and review SPCC plans.

I provide coaching over the phone, in a series of 45 minute sessions. In each session, we will be focused on a topic that will bring you closer to your goals. I will request that you complete specific “homework” between our sessions to keep your learning and action moving forward, and we will review that work during our next call.
