I started a company, In any event, inc. for business development and sponsorships sales/servicing. This was 20 years ago, and my first client was my employer the U.S. Ski Team/U.S.S.A. Working with corporations to promote products/services. Relationship development.
I enjoyed encouraging others and uncovering their talents so I produced a book Writes of Passage...every woman has a story. Soon after acquired by Warner Books/Time Life Audio-now Hachette. The renamed version Every Woman Has A Story was published. I then facilitated a national workshop, and began coaching women in expression sessions to tell their stories, and share the lessons. I have coached several authors to success in keeping them motivated to finish and publish their books.
Massaging Creativity is a program based on my Emotional Intelligence Coaching and Executive Coaching and a process I authored. It is unique enriching experience and the website has participants comments. Did you know we are all inherently creative? Becoming aware of our senses and innovative skills starts with being mindfully in the moment and letting go. Creative communication, and interactions with family, co-workers, friends, and others? Creative in the simplest of daily tasks to creative performance.
We all can use personal development to find joy, be better, find solutions, get clear about what we need and want, how to get there and stay on track. Motivation, passion, set goals, a new direction or enhance where we are in life and work. I coach the whole person with sustainable results. I love it!
In addition to women, I enjoy coaching lawyers, doctors, and professionals. I have coached executives from Moodys, Salesforce, Grit2Great, BioRad Labs, Peter Coppola Hair Care, Kao and Neutrogena/J&J and small businesses.
My advice when finding a coach make sure you connect. I provide a complimentary consultation to see if it is a good fit for both. I have 1 hour & 1 1/2 hours rates.

I enjoyed my own experience so much, I decided to use it for a team building experience for my Staff. Home Run! Office productivity is up and attitude is at an all time high. Thank you so very much.?Greg Found, Project Coordinator
She's the best coach i have come across. I have full confidence recommending her! I've been stuck, lacked confidence in relationships, lost on my career path.?I was in need of support and accountability in both my personal and professional life.?Daryl skillfully used her tools like "Massaging your Creativity" and her deep tool bag of EQ training, UC Berkeley coaching training, to get me through my stuck spots. She has been my go to coach, for over 10 years.?Daryl's coaching, found me willing to step up to my life goals and keep stepping up to life! She has a natural talent to guide and empower for the best end result you desire and will stretch you.?I now get to experience an increase in my life opportunities, confidence, and tools that I continue to apply today.?Tammy K, wellness coach
The Massaging Creativity session I had was awesome! Honestly, I didn't really know what to expect but I had heard good things and it was recommended to me. The experience really opened up my mind to thinking about my business in new ways. I really didn't "think" of myself as a creative type. But this experience showed me that I'm much more creative than I thought I was. Since then, I've produced podcasts, built websites, started my own YouTube channel, etc. It's really helped gain a lot more exposure to my brand and message. I did not know what to expect of Massaging Creativity, but it turned out to be not only such a fun time, but I came away with a greater awareness of myself. Painting with the guidelines given along with specific questions asked to us brought about inner thought and a relief. I really enjoyed the experience and think it would be an excellent exercise for couples, a group of friends and even a one on one scenario.?
A Fun Day of RevitalizationHERFitzgerald/ President/PR Music Corp.
I'd never participated in anything like this and had the greatest time. The interaction with the other women, some of whom I'd never met or hadn't seen in a LONG time, was great fun. Daryl's unique and creative way of encouraging us to "dig deep" and reestablish a link with ourselves was a true revitalization. I thoroughly enjoyed the day and would highly recommend it. I am retaining her to further coach me on getting unstuck and further letting go.
Daryl’s process was a great cure, fun and helpful since it allowed me to get over a serious case of writer's block I had been suffering from for some time.Francesca writer, published author
“I am analytical and like things perfect. I also run a company. I am tough. I quickly realized I needed to fine-tune my leadership style and lighten up to encourage new ideas from employees and be open to exploring and implementing ones that fit. Personally I realized I do have a strong right side of my brain and I can be creatively analytical. I attended this workshop outside and by the end I was using leaves and rocks instead of a brush. It was exhilarating and I have it hung where I can see it everyday. Daryl continued with coaching once a month and I have become a better leader, listener, and communicator.Nicholas/CEO
