Coach Diana helped me tremendously. It is rare to find someone with such great listening skills, genuine interest and compassion. Coach Diana was patient and allowed me to work at my own pace until I gained some clarity about the issues I was facing. Her ability to ask questions gently and directly helped me to express myself truthfully and honor my feelings about the past and start healing. I was able to take action and resolve issues quickly by setting goals each week. Diana is a coach who listens without judgment or preconceived ideas about “the answer”. She is caring, insightful and grounded. I would recommend her to my friends and colleagues without hesitation.
Coach Diana provided the necessary motivation, support and encouragement that I needed to prepare for new career without fear or uncertainty.

I found Diana and got her to help me through the darkest time of my life.
With her help I have learned so many things about myself and my strengths than I ever imagined I would.
When I called Diana after my divorce was final and I just moved out of my marital home of 25 years, I thought my life was over. I had no idea how difficult the recovery process was going to be.
Diana's presence, attentiveness, personal experience, non-judgmental listening and the safe space she provided for me to share and express my darkest thoughts and fears about where I am and the new life ahead, and the guidance I got from her coaching have had an intense effect on my ability to accept who I am and where I am in my process, and move forward with my new life, feeling safe and empowered.
Diana's coaching process has been extremely helpful in coping with the dissolution of my family life as I knew it, the physical and emotional separation from my children and finding the inner strength I needed to continue to be a good, nurturing parent and maintaining a close relationship with them, while loving myself and taking care of my personal needs.

I thoroughly enjoyed and benefited from my coaching experience with Coach Diana. I felt safe and connected from the beginning for our sessions. She was present, very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, organized and focused. Her questioning and recommendations stimulated thoughts and feelings. She helped me overcome the stress and uncertainty of my new role as a mother and coping with all my feelings surrounding this new event.
