We could all use someone in our corner to work with us on achieving whatever it is that we desire . A great coach is a copilot that works with you to design your path, a teammate that will be honest and show you any limiting beliefs that you may have, a trusted individual that will hold your agenda in high regard and encourage you to follow through, and lastly will be there to celebrate each milestone you achieve.

As an NYU certified coach I combine a positive and humanistic approach to coaching with over 14 years experience in coaching and teaching throughout California and New York. I work towards creating an environment of possibility exploration, life design, and goal achievement. My experience with teaching people to dance has shown me the reward in supporting individuals in achieving what seems impossible, yet with support, a good map, and determination - endless possibilities are revealed.
