What I love best about life and business coaching is helping clients see what is possible by allowing them to see and receive new and fresh perspectives that allow tranformation in their personal and professional development.

I have been/am a successful CEO and Entrepreneur of several companies including one of my own, Eli Blair Media, that continues to flourish. and increase in profits since 2000. As a CEO/Marketing leader I work with both small business and corporate clients and coach them on ways to increase and improve upon their business and operational success.

For fun, for the last 14 years, I have been involved in the fitness industry and continue to teach Indoor Cycling/Spin, Step, Pilates and Body Conditioning. I have always struggled with weight and know the courage and discipline it takes to eat and exercise well.

I have found my place in the world and life coaching has become a vehicle by which I may assist others on their journey to self fulfillment.

As a San Francisco Bay Area based Co-Active Life and Business Coach, there is a great deal I have to offer my clients. It gives me great joy and deep satisfaction to contribute my skills and experience, acting as a success advisor to help people from all walks of life to achieve and maintain personal and professional growth, happiness and well-being.
