One way I often start is by taking you through the process that helped me.
First we identify your essential self. (Who am I? What do I really, truly want?) Then we identify the thoughts that are holding you back. (I can't afford to change!) Then we start defrosting your dreams.(I haven't thought of that since I was 19!)
Once we've squared off with your limiting beliefs, and found your "true north" I simply support you as you start blooming in your new life.
A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I lost my career, my family, my marriage and a good portion of my sanity in 2003. And then I rebuilt it all, and came out the other side with a whole new career, a stronger family and a newfound ability to help others. That's when I became a Certified Martha Beck Life Coach.
In the process of reconstructing myself, I learned how to tap into my essential self, my true self. That's what I can help you do, too. When you dig deep to uncover your true desires, and face the beliefs that are limiting you, your right life will start happening on its' own.
