About Me
I work with professionals and entrepreneurs who think "I'm not where I want to be." They are hardworking, bright individuals with high drive to achieve but have found themselves in seemingly impossible situations. They need to make change happen but are often frustrated by the lack of impact their efforts are making. My best clients are tired of more and more effort with the same result. They know that true professionals have coaches- and they want to create better outcomes with less stress.
It is my focus to partner with these clients to remove obstacles from achieving their best work life! My background is in counseling psychology, so my coaching takes a deeper strengths based approach. I often use the Enneagram with my clients, either with a personalized assessment and consultation or ongoing Enneagram coaching. I am an Enneagram expert coach. I excel in working with clients to narrow in on what they want at work and how to get it.
It is my joy to work with clients to achieve greater fulfillment, increased efficiency and productivity, spiritual balance, and contentment in their personal and professional lives. My client list includes corporate employees, direct sales and commission based individuals, entrepreneurs, small business owners, and clients searching for their perfect career fit. I also work with life coaching clients to improve balance and fulfillment and move past obstacles blocking their growth.

I have done a lot of personality and career tests but no one had been able to explain the practical implications for me personally until I met with Jan. She articulately explained the strengths/weaknesses of each assessment and how they related to one another. She fleshed out what each meant for me personally, professionally, and spiritually. Her guidance and insight helped me refocus my job search, which lead to a job/career I was made to do. Jan is clearly gift in many ways and her passion for her work it is amazing. I cannot recommend Clarity Coaching enough.
