About Me

I use neuroscience-based, results-oriented methodologies designed to facilitate positive change through improved thinking. I help build capability of individuals, and improve productivity and performance.

I listen well. I'm intuitive. I believe my clients are naturally creative and resourceful and I appreciate their diversity.

I have coached for over 2300 hours and received over 100 hours of coach specific training from a variety of schools ~ which gives me a variety of tools and perspectives to use with my clients!

I attended the BAS and BHRM programs at York University and worked for years in Human Resources as a Specialist, Consultant, Manager, and Business Partner and in Finance as a Financial Advisor and as a Financial Analyst.

I enjoy the partnership that coaching brings to ensure goal attainment for my clients.

I have seen Jennifer exact great impact in performance of others. Her ability to connect and build rapport is a true talent. She has excellent communication skills, is extremely organized and is highly reliable. She takes a great deal of initiative and delivers quality results.
