About Me

As a Coach, I have two simple philosophies when coaching. I believe these philosophies are true for individuals, companies, and organizations.
The first is focused on leadership and as stated by David Kelly, “fail faster to succeed sooner.” I believe powerful learning comes from failing. However, I don’t believe in failure. I believe if my clients are failing, they are learning and moving forward and their success will come. My next philosophy is focused on balance. I believe coaching is also about my clients being a human being and not a human doing. Our society places so much emphasis on human doing that many of us have forgotten what it means to be a human being. I help my clients find their human being - a human being that is living an incredibly fulfilled and successful, value-centered life.
I help my clients reach incredible success and fulfillment in every aspect of their lives with ease. I help them believe in themselves so tremendously that they can achieve their dreams.
Through the coaching relationship, my clients will gain insight into how to BE more effective and accelerate their professional and personal lives and growth, including establishing and maintaining values and beliefs as a priority; gaining a more balanced professional and personal life; inspiring themselves and others; improving communication and interpersonal skills; setting motivating goals; and taking action and getting better results.
I believe each of my clients can enhance their life and deserve greater professional and personal life success, fulfillment, and balance. My clients deserve to have it all and I will support, hold them accountable and challenge them to realize that vision. I will be honest, trustworthy, and non-judgmental. I will be committed to their success and fulfillment. I will tirelessly support my clients to achieve their goals and dreams. When called for, I can be no nonsense and to the point; supportive and understanding; task-oriented; and intensely focused.

Jennifer brings a powerful set of skills and abilities to her coaching clients springing from her years as an MBA coast guard captain, director of a prestigious university leadership program, and darned good golfer. As I tee-up a brand new life course-- both personally and professionally -- Jennifer has coached me to crystal clarity on how to live my deepest values and talents here. Her ability to listen to what is not said is perhaps her strongest shot. With Jennifer as your coach, my question to you is, are you prepared to be your best?

Jennifer is helping me change old patterns to become the person I want to be. She holds me accountable to be my best self. She is a bold, bright, intuitive, warm, truth-telling guide. She is extraordinary!

Jennifer is a GREAT coach! She will push you to new limits and truly believes in the resourcefulness of her clients. Jennifer is welcoming yet strong, caring yet direct. I really enjoy her style and had a fun time working with her.
