About Me
I believe that when people are doing what they are "supposed" to do with their lives (career, free time, etc) they not only feel more fullfilled, excited, and happier, but they improve the world in the process. When you find your calling and begin to live it, the whole world opens up for you.
*Are you just starting the search for what you are going to do when you "grow up" no matter what your age?
*Are you facing a life transition such as an empty nest or retirement, and feel unsure what to do with the time?
*Are you doing a job you hate and can't seem to figure out what else to do, but you can feel it slowly eroding your soul?
*Do you have something you've always wanted to give or do for the world or a charitable mission you've always wanted to go on, but were unsure how to let it out into the world?
*Do you know have something to contribute or do, but you have no idea what?
*Are you convinced there's got to be something more, but don't know what, much less know how to get there?
If any of these sound like you, I can help you. I love to work with people who have a desire to do and be something more, but struggle with finding what they are "meant" to do.
In addition to being a coach, I am a trained therapist. I graduated with high honors from Salem State University's Master of Social Work program in 2005. I have worked as a therapist at Cambridge Hospital in Massachusetts focusing on outpatient therapy, trauma, substance abuse and acute treatment. I have a passion for coaching because it focuses on the power people have to shape their futures.
I work with people anywhere via phone. If a major life transition has left you re-evaluating things, or if you've always had a nagging feeling that something should be different, I can help you embrace your deepest goals. You can live the life of your dreams!
I live in the suburbs of Boston with my husband and two young daughters. I love writing, coaching, running, traveling, the beach, and good friends.

Working with Jess was enlightening. I didn't know what I didn't know! She asked great questions, read between the lines, and set me straight. Because of Jess, my giving plan reflects what I hold dear.
