About Me

Dr. Jim R. Wadford, D Min, PCC is a gifted and experienced coach, consultant and trainer. Dr. Wadford spent the past twenty-eight years coaching and consulting with organizations across the United States. Presently he serves as a trainer for Coaching & Consulting International and works out of the Charlotte, North Carolina region. He has much experience in executive coaching, consulting, and training.

This experience makes him a seasoned consultant in leading organizations through transition. One of his greatest skills is assisting organizations in conflict. He is a gifted trainer and speaker who facilitate training events in organizations across the United States and in South Africa.

Dr. Wadford is the founder and senior coach of Coaching & Consulting International, LLC. He is working with coaching clients both in the southeastern and northern United States as well as South Africa. Dr. Wadford is an PCC certified coach with the International Coaching Federation, and is a trainer in the field of coaching, having taught executive coaching in Chicago, Atlanta, and New Mexico. He also facilitates training workshops in the areas of "Communication Competencies," "Team Development," and "Conflict Management."

He is the Director of Clergy Relations with the Davidson Centre for the Professionals. Dr. Wadford also presently serves as Director of the Doctor of Ministry Program and teaches as an adjunct professor on the faculty of Hood Theological Seminary, Salisbury, NC.
