Associate Certified Coach (ACC) is an introductory coaching credential issued by the International Coach Federation (ICF), the world's largest governing body for coaches.

Minimum requirements for ACC credential:

• 60 hours of coach specific training
• 10 hours of working with a mentor coach
• 100 hours of client coaching
• 8 clients
• understands and abides by the ICF code of ethics
• demonstrates advanced skills requirements based on the ICF coaching core competencies

About Me

Professionally coaching for two years following a 20 year career in education, I specialize in transformational, leadership and voice dialogue coaching. As a coach, I am invested in partnering with clients, so they find clarity and serene confidence in whatever changes they seek to make in their life. I believe my clients come to me whole, capable and resourceful, and with my bold curiosity and powerful questions, they develop insight and design action to maximize their potential. My approach is to empower you to build on your strengths and tap into your knowledge, wisdom and passion. The result - unlimited possibility and lasting change from the inside out.
I am an active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and serve as secretary of Puget Sound Coach Association, the Puget Sound ICF chapter. I am credentialed by ICF as a certified professional coach—ACC
In addition to coaching, I serve as the Executive Director of Northwest Educational Resources Association, and I practice as a Reiki Master in the Usui System of Reiki Healing. Before coaching, I taught junior high where I served on the building instructional leadership team and as an advisor to several extra curricular programs. I also worked as a sales consultant for national educational publisher.
