Professional Certified Coach (PCC) is an advanced coaching credential issued by the International Coach Federation (ICF), the world's largest governing body for coaches.
Minimum requirements for PCC credential:
- 125 hours of coach specific training
- 10 hours of working with a mentor coach
- 750 hours of client coaching
- 25 clients
- understands and abides by the ICF code of ethics
- demonstrates advanced skills requirements based on the ICF coaching core competencies
I focus on leadership coaching within a business environment. I also work with entrepreneurial leaders and consultants. Most of the coaching is around interpersonal skills, leading others, leading teams and optimizing work life balance.

As a certified coach with 20 years of business experience I work with leaders in all industries. Most of the coaching I engage in is focused on leadership at the mid to senior executive levels. My passion is working with individuals who are committed to growing themselves and those around them. In addition, I have a passion for working with dysfunctional teams and helping them find a way to appreciate and work with each other for better business results and healthier relationships.
