Kevin brought innovative ideas to our company that helped set higher standards and higher goals, which in turn helped me personally set and recognize my own goals. He helped change a working environment from hostile with a lack of trust, to an organization that now has pulled together and works toward a common goal. As an owner of two small businesses, I found myself stuck in a rut. I was ready to grow, but did not know where to start. With Kevin's coaching, I was first able to define my goals for each business. Then together we created a systematic plan of how I was going to get them there. In the past several months, I have learned how to become a business owner instead of a worker. I hired Kevin Weir as my business coach to help me wade through the various distractions cannibalizing my attention and help me focus on the most important things to help my business catapult forward. Kevin has a great blend of technical and human relations skills. He knows you can't run a business without effectively managing people and his coaching sessions helped me focus on not only doing the right things, but in selecting the right people and then holding them accountable to results. I must admit our conversations were not always pleasant. When I, for whatever reason, failed to come through with my intended deliverables, he would force the issue of facing the failure, and dig deep into the reasons why, and then challenge me to develop an action plan to avoid a repetition of the failure. It was a good discipline I know I wouldn't have done consistently on my own. With Kevin's help our organization's priorities and weaknesses became very clear, along with a step-by-step plan to confront and overcome them. I highly recommend him to any business owner that is committed to improving his/her own skills and removing the notion of "failure" from their business vocabulary

First of all I would like to say thank you for all the time and effort that you have put in to see that my business is a success.
