The key that Kim provided me with was to not get frustrated over things that I cannot control. Her approach is opposite of how I've been wired all these years. [She] is extraordinary at helping people align their beliefs with their objectives….she helped me take ownership of my emotions and my reactions. She has helped me find balance between setting high standards for myself and others, and dealing with others when those standards aren't met. She is incredible at being honest but not brutal. She makes you take ownership.

I found that [Kim’s] coaching has reawakened the person in me that had been dormant for years. I had almost forgotten what it was like to feel alive. It's hard to admit that I had been living under a blanket for so long. I don't even know where I got off track. Kim has contributed to my life in so many ways - firstly she helped me navigate out of an eight year relationship that was paralyzed, whilst enabling me to maintain an extremely close friendship with my now ex-girlfriend. I went from being almost bankrupt and sleeping on a dusty couch in an office a friend let me borrow, to running a $40 million fashion events company in less than 2 years. At 40 years old, I don't drink, I do yoga 4-5 times a week, I eat incredibly healthy and have a focus and stamina that rivals most 20 something's, all because of the confidence Kim has in instilled in me.

My life today is one of excitement, self-discovery and endless adventure. I am an entrepreneur with a passion for innovation and developing people and Kim has been able to help me become a very powerful leader. I met Kim via telephone 4 years ago. I still have not met her in person, but she has had a huge impact in my life. The tools that she has given me to overcome so many obstacles have been huge. I owe an extreme expression of gratitude to Kim for being instrumental in me turning my business around when the market crashed and my business was faltering. I was blaming the market. I was doing everything the same as before but not getting any results. Kim put me back into making 6 figures a year doing sales in real estate after doing nothing the year before. I made the commitment to get healthy in Jan. of this year and so far I have shed 30 lbs. and feel fantastic (and look even better)!!!!! By the end of the 10 weeks I had opened 3 deals in a row in back to back to back weeks. I have also received 2 more referrals and a past client is moving to Maui and buying a condo! The awareness I gained from the Frame of Mind Coaching experience with Kim helped me to achieve huge successes; specifically being awarded 2007 Manager of the Year, a prestigious award in my company. Wow!!! What else can I say? Frame of Mind changed my life! It's amazing how much one person can accomplish with a focused, powerful mind. Life was pretty messy for me before I joined the coaching program with Kim. My production and profitability has skyrocketed, I've eliminated all of my debt, I earned over $35,000 last month alone, and I just closed a 42-condo listing with a builder I've been trying to do business with for years!
