Associate Certified Coach (ACC) is an introductory coaching credential issued by the International Coach Federation (ICF), the world's largest governing body for coaches.

Minimum requirements for ACC credential:

  • 60 hours of coach specific training

About Me

My gift of empathy and a passionate desire to help others attain a fulfilled life is why clients refer friends to me. My life and practice focuses on supporting adults trying to discover what they are made for, land a career that is fulfilling or maneuver a life transition such as empty nest, post death or divorce recovery.

Maybe you don't know what you need; you just want support in discovering a new life. Perhaps you have challenges with; inability to move forward, self questioning like "what am I made for?", "how do I land new employment? “where do I go from here?", maybe you want healthy relationships, or maybe you don't know what you want.

I can help. I care about what is meaningful to you, and take pride in helping you reach your desired outcomes.

I will explain my special skill set as a career and relationship coach. I work with clients by implementing a client-centered, solutions focused or strength-based approach. Each session is created uniquely for the client. I assist clients to discover who they are and what they want by asking powerful questions and then creating result driven action items. My approach is to listen for the unsaid and ask questions that will help build a bridge to clarity and results. Sometimes other tools will be used to help create a solution.

Kim's credentials include a graduate degree in Executive and Professional Coaching from the University of Texas. Kim served twenty years in various marketplace industries in multiple roles from CFO to Sales. Her diversity can assist the most unusual career search. Kim's life experiences bring her coaching techniques from an authentic place in her heart.
