About Me

Kris Switzer, RScP, maintains a transformational spiritual coaching practice in Lakewood, CO where she works primarily with Lesbian couples and individuals who want to release blame and self-limiting beliefs and learn to act with greater power and effectiveness, with more joy, in all aspects of life. She has studied a variety of emotional energy re-patterning modalities, is a Core Dynamics Coach and a Trauma Resolution Specialist, and is immersed in Spiritual study and practice. Kris has supported hundreds of people in learning to be more present, loving, compassionate and effective in their lives and chosen professions.
Kris views relationships, all relationships, as a spiritual practice. They have a way of revealing old wounds, presenting us with an opportunity for healing in the present. Once these triggers, or buttons, have been removed, we are then freed from our conditioning of the past and our limiting beliefs. What remains is the ability to respond fully to every moment, rather than react.

My mission is to facilitate the healing of internalized homophobia among the Lesbian & Gay community.
