MY BIO:
Lorinda Clausen (M.A.) is an Executive Coach with over 20 years of leadership experience in corporate, educational, and non-profit settings. She is trained in assessment tools such as Profile XT and Executive Dashboard, and is Myers-Briggs (MBTI) certified. Lorinda is an engaging presenter and trainer with a proven track record of helping individuals and groups in leadership development and strategic and organizational change. Lorinda is a professionally certified Executive Coach and a professionally certified Business Coach. Lorinda is also a member of the International Coach Federation, the gold standard for Executive Coaching certification.
