About Me

I have overcome over 30 years of depression and feeling like a victim with prevalent negative thinking. Through the Law of Attraction and figuring out how to release the past and love myself I have turned my life around to one of empowerment, passion and excitement for what's to come. I've learned many holistic healing modalities such as Reiki, Shamanism, Crystal, Color and Sound Healing and hypnotherapy that assist me in helping clients heal and then make changes for a fuller and more fullfilling life.
