With an entrepreneurial and management background in IT, telecoms, and outsourcing, my primary focus since 1995 has been in the development of solutions and infrastructures that
- support professionals to work online from anywhere, either individually or as part of a team;
- enable entrepreneurs to create, promote and operate virtual teams of professionals as sustainable businesses; and
- provide organisations of any size online access to a self-organising contingency workforce.
Currently engaged in a number of projects with the UK Department of Work and Pensions related to web-based coaching interventions that enable jobseekers to make the transition from unemployment to a sustainable new career in a gracious and cost effective manner.
