About Me
Mike only accepts a limited number of very special clients. Mike will interview you to determine if you meet his client standards. Please do not expect to negotiate his fee. They are non-negotiable.
Retired Chief Warrant Officer Mike Martel spent 20 years as a Special Forces Green Beret. In that time he participated in countless missions and truly learned the value of the Special Forces motto “Improvise. Adapt. Overcome.”
Since retiring, Mike joined the business world. He’s managed large teams and projects upwards of $70 million dollars. In that time, he couldn’t help but notice how the lessons from his Special Forces training could be applied to make individuals and business teams even more productive. His book " Get Er Done: The Green Beret Guide to Productivity" is a a guide or road map to productivity and success. His special operations training speaks to the need for creative, outside the box, solutions to common everyday and business problems.
As a coach, Mike focuses on helping very special individuals, entrepreneurs, and small businesses get results and improve productivity. He is trained in one on one and small group coaching. He is also a GET CLIENTS NOW!(TM) certified facilitator. Mike's time is limited so he will only selects successful people who want to become super successful. He will help them get the extraordinary results they desire in their personal lives and businesses.
Mike Martel offers you the chance to overcome your biggest challenges and turn your big ideas into reality – much, much quicker than if you tried to do it alone. He will be your guide and assist you to get clear and identify the changes you want to make. Mike will keep you on track and heading in the direction you want.
Mike has a BA and MS in Computer Science/information Technology from the University of Maryland giving him the ability to help you with technology needed to make your goals reality. Mike is a trained Senior Life Coach.
