About Me

My desire is to help others through my personal addiction experience, professional training and the power of coaching, overcome their subsance abuse and addictive activity issues. I help them achieve the life they dream of beyond recovery.

My program focuses on the client’s agenda which may include creating a comprehensive recovery plan and life vision, acquiring emotional sobriety, understanding and working through the signs of emotional relapse and post-acute withdrawal, effectively managing everyday challenges and relationships, or dealing with life after rehab or counseling. No single or particular way of achieving or maintaining sobriety is used. The coaching process provides greater focus and awareness of choices, actions and responsibility.

My other services include life, career and business coaching. A Christian coaching option is available for any type of client need.

and Business.

> I earned my Master Coach, Certified Professional Coach, Addiction Coach and Christian Life certifications from the World Coach Institute (WCI). I am also a certified Group, Mentor and Marketing coach.
