I am passionate about and specialize in the creation of right livelihood and optimum health and wellbeing; providing refined, high quality service that is uniquely tailored to you and your aspirations and goals.
My ideal client is committed to living a life aligned with their values and truly using their life.
I take clients from fear, self doubt and inhibition to presence, self-love and positive action. I guide individuals to discern, align, and act from a place of truth and integrity; supporting them in their resolution to actualize their vision for their life.
I am focused on supporting the whole person and the creation of lasting and meaningful change; integrating one's being and their doing. One's life experiences are utilized as touchstones for seeking further growth and fulfillment and one continues on their path to greater well-being. I walk with you on this journey providing practical and open minded, non judgmental support.
As an experienced helping professional, I integrate my years of study and experience into my coaching practice. I have and continue to study with MentorCoach®, a coach training program specifically designed for helping professionals, which incorporates the science of positive psychology. I utilize a holistic approach which draws upon my background as a professional counselor educated at the University of Wiisconsin-Stout with a focus in health psychology, my studies at the University of Minnesota Center for Spirituality and Healing, and as a certified Spiritual Director through the Claritas Institute Interspiritual Mentoring Program.
I am a professional member of the International Coach Federation, the American Counseling Association, and Spiritual Directors International.
