About Me

I have worked with three coaches in my life, and every time it has been a powerful impetus for change. I look forward to helping others reach their full potential and find more fulfilment in their lives.

Determining what you want out of life—your career, relationships and your free time—is a surprisingly hard process for many of us. As a Coach, I help people with this question all the time. As a person, I have spent time thinking about this question myself.

While I was training to be a Coach, a friend and fellow student recommended a book to me: "The Nine Modern Day Muses (and a Bodyguard)" by Jill Badonsky. Jill re-imagines the traditional Greek muses as 10 powerful creativity principles in the guise of wise and playful Modern Day Muses. These Muses provide empowering, playful, but practical tools and concepts for deepening or discovering creativity.

I am a Certified Muse Group Facilitator® and have incorporated the Muses into my coaching. I truly believe that the Muse concepts can be used when coaching around any topic--not just creativity

I have experience with and particularly enjoy working with people who are facing challenges in the workplace, are considering a career change ("What do I want to be when I grow up?"), or are starting or running a small business.

It is important to find a coach with whom you can engage and have rapport. Therefore, I will gladly provide a no-cost, no-obligation hour-long "get to know" session. I am confident that in that single hour, we can make progress together. You will see how I work, and we can decide whether we want to continue working together.

I primarily coach by phone, and my rates are very reasonable. I also offer an online program for career changers, which offers personalized coaching at a very reasonable rate.
