About Me
Clients tell me that my listening without judgment and my ability to be totally present to their experience in both career search or divorce causes them to accept and embrace their strengths while letting go of unrealistic expectations. This allows them to be clear about what they want and need; to communicate effectively with others; and have the courage to make the choices necessary to move forward. This is a very important attribute whether you are in the midst of career decision or the painful process of divorce.
No one can know exactly what you are experiencing but I have sense of what your experience might be and what it could be! In my own life I have experienced the frustration of an unsatisfying career, the impact of job loss and divorce. I had to take control of my decisions and stop using the old filters so I could make different choices in my own life! Now I have a very successful 28 year marriage and a career which really gets MY juices flowing!
In addition to my 10 years of coaching experience, I also train people in a certified divorce coach training program; and coach managers to transform their leadership through the use of coaching practices. I have worked with employees in several universities and with members and staff in international associations as well as with individuals from a variety of walks of life.
I have been trained in a variety of coach programs including the Coach Training Alliance, The 6 Advisors Coaching Academy and the Hartman Values Profile, Brain-Based Coaching, ChangeWorks Training, and ReCareer Coaching on top of my education in anthropology, art history and an MBA.
