Penny has 3 reviews.
Penny has outstanding commercial and leadership skills based on her broad experience. I met Penny as a peer when she was member of the management team at GFK Switzerland. She was responsible for projects and processes in a difficult time.
In this role she added a lot of new thinking and pushed innovation within the organization. As a people builder she developed her direct reports by providing challenging and stretching tasks. I was always impressed
by her business acumen, her result orientation, drive and courage.
Penny did an incrediblly good job in highly strategic negotiations on a global board level. She was able to deal with all the ambiguity, legal issues, time pressure and manoeuvre through complex political situations. She always kept a good and common business sense and
her fine sense of humour. She is impressive as well as enjoyable to work with. You can always count on her, particularly when times are rough. Remembering all the inspiring meetings with Penny, any company will appreciate her strengths.

Wow! After just one short session with Penny I had more clarity about the next step that I need to take toward my goal than I had garnered from from six months of trying to figure it out on my own. She encouraged me to go outside of my comfort zone, to face my fears, and to create a vision of how I want my life to look. I couldn't wait for my second session to see if it was as powerful as the first. Although it's hard to imagine, it was even better! Penny's warm and uplifting personality, along with her impactful coaching style and powerful questions, created a safe place for me to explore what I truly wanted at my core. I will forever be grateful that Penny was there to coach me as I worked through a myriad of questions to arrive at my own answers. I would advise anyone who feels that their life could use some forward momentum to contact Penny as soon as possible. I'm glad that I did!

I have known Penny for many years (in different situations). She is currently coaching me in my function as CEO of my company, and doing a great job of pointing out areas of work, coaching on both a personal and a professional level, setting the pace, following through and generally performing the role of a coach. I have the highest respect for her and her work.
