Associate Certified Coach (ACC) is an introductory coaching credential issued by the International Coach Federation (ICF), the world's largest governing body for coaches.
Minimum requirements for ACC credential:
- 60 hours of coach specific training
- 10 hours of working with a mentor coach
- 100 hours of client coaching
- 8 clients
- understands and abides by the ICF code of ethics
- demonstrates advanced skills requirements based on the ICF coaching core competencies

About Me
Founder and owner of coaching practice and mentoring business that focuses on helping men and women become great choice leaders in life. Choice leadership is centered around you making the choices to live your ideal whole life (personal and business). How is this done? By discovering real passions, looking deep inside, and making choices to allow the great leader to come out and take charge of their personal and business lives since they impact each other. Self discovery with goal setting and accountability are major parts of the process. My years of successful leadership experience, formal education, actual coaching experience, and ongoing self development are utilized in my coaching.

• Consult and mentor management on maximizing team member productivity.

• Write and speak about various topics relating to coaching, leadership, the power of choices, and various other topics that impact leadership.
• Work with a youth group that focuses on building leadership skills via one-on-one and group coaching.
• Participated in an internet radio show as a guest speaker.
• Trained DiSC facilitator to implement the DiSC Workplace Assessment program that includes individual profile reports, management reports, group reports, comparison reports, and 363 reporting for leaders.
• Hold the ACC (Associate Certified Coach) designation with the International Coaching Federation and the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) designation from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).

I started working with Randy in the Fall of 2010 because I was watching my peers retire and realized I wasn't sure what my plan was following my current job, or even what I wanted to do. Randy doesn't answer questions like that but he uses insightful inquiry to help you reach the answers. I found his perspective about me and my choices, very helpful in pushing me to take a hard look at who I really was, what really motivated me, what made me happy and what I really wanted. And the discussion was not all about work - it seems that some of what forms my work decisions are actually very personal choices that are most apparent in my home life! As a result, I was given the gift of improved relationships and decisions at home, as well as at work. It was a great experience and one I hope to repeat.
