About Me
GETTING ORGANIZED in our thinking and in what we do on a daily basis can affect EVERY area of our lives! It can reduce stress & increase rest by making us more effective time managers in our life and career. It can create greater peace of mind and bring clarity to our priorities.
As a university faculty member & clinical supervisor for several years I have worked with individuals from every walk of life. I have many years of coaching experience & have owned my own organizing business. I have multiple certifications & areas of training (financial coaching, marriage coaching, Christian counseling, organization, and educating those with special needs(ADD/ADHD,physical disabilities, etc). My spiritual gift is being a practical encourager. I have walked faithfully along side my clients who have decided to make important life changes in pursuit of their passion and dreams. They have successfully accomplished their goals by achieving step by step markers that lead them to a more joyful and fulfilling life.
If procrastination, disorganization or ADD/ADHD symptoms are holding you back an "accountability coach" can be a tremendous asset! Edward M. Hallowell, in his national best seller, Driven to Distraction, says the person with ADD will greatly benefit from having a personal "coach," someone standing on the sidelines giving encouragement, instructions, reminders, and in general, helping to keep them on task! People with ADD thrive with this sort of structured encouragement, and they can feel lost without it.
