About Me
Rob is president of Cincinnati-based Top Level Coaching and Professional Learning Systems. He has been coaching executives for the past fifteen years.
Rob has a strong background in training and development, which is a unique combination for executive coaching. He not only helps individuals understand their strengths and weaknesses, but also helps his clients acquire the knowledge and skills they need to accomplish their goals and objectives.
Rob is hired by companies to help leaders deal with issues that are limiting an executive's career progression. He also works with many high potentials helping them career advancement. He has helped many entrepreneurs improve their businesses. He has significant experience in sales training and internet marketing. He also works with individuals and businesses to develop marketing oriented web sites.
Prior to starting Top Level Coaching, he was Director of Executive Education at the University of Cincinnati, responsible for managing the center's operations and leading the University of Cincinnati Executive Program, a program focused on executive-level leadership development.
Prior to UC, he was with Ernst & Young Technologies as a Regional Manager. His positions in sales and management at Xerox Learning Systems and Learning International provided an opportunity to consult with over one hundred organizations nationwide.
Rob began his career at Ford Motor Company’s World Headquarters in Detroit in their Management Development Program. Rob also has been an entrepreneur and started several businesses.
Rob's Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is from the University of Cincinnati. His undergraduate degree is from Ohio State University. In addition, he has done post-graduate work at the University of Michigan, and the Kellogg Graduate School at Northwestern.
He has conducted seminars for Notre Dame’s Executive Education, Xavier University's Center for Management Development, and UC's Center for Executive Education.
