I really like Robert's approach. He's great if you're having trouble getting motivated on your own, unable to see where to start, or not sure what's holding you back.
Robert pays attention. He is a thorough listener with an infectious upbeat manner and offers a casual and comfortable atmosphere. He will energize your intentions and help you get excited about your dreams again. Whether you want to improve how you manage your time, your career, your family, your stress, or any wobbly aspect of your life, Robert can help you craft action plans and goal-achieving strategies that all add up to getting things done. I have achieved many victories with the help of his coaching and have great momentum for getting more done. I highly recommend him.

In case you need a nudge or a gentle shove, like in my case, from someone who understands procrastination, dithering, over analyzing or deliberating better then most, Rob McFadden could be the answer. My sessions were action-oriented and forward thinking - we didn't examine the whys or, do any analyzing. It was really about setting small attainable goals and seeing them through. Having someone to bounce ideas off and share concerns was really helpful for me.

I highly recommend Robert as a beneficial resource to any person wanting to explore ways of achieving success and well-being.
Pierre D., Business Owner, Montreal
I worked with Robert on a limiting belief that dominated how I reacted and behaved in new situations. Consumed with fear, I would avoid going to meet a new person, cancel job interviews and limit simple interactions because I thought too much about how I would be perceived. Since working with Robert, I have had numerous occasions to test my new way of being. I am now seeking situations that I once avoided and much more curious about life.
