Having built three high-volume, successful chiropractic practices, and having practiced in both rehabilitation and straight chiropractic centered offices, and having sold two of those practices, and continuing to practice in the third practice, I know what it's like to be in the trenches, just like you.
I have experienced the significant changes that have occurred over the last 18 years of practice. I know what it's like to deal with staff, insurance companies, building a practice, marketing, patient education, advertising...I have been through it all - several times.
Outside of chiropractic, I also know what it's like to start another high-profile business that involved training and developing employees, managing a staff of up to 26 employees, providing customer service, inventory, scheduling, accounting, and much more.
My experience has helped me become more "street-smart" while developing outstanding organizational skills, designing systems, simplifying systems, problem-solving, and creating new ideas for advancement.
