I specialize in Relationships supporting individuals in living their most authentic life with over 11 years providing many clients the resources of obtaining and maintaining a healthier and more full-filled life. I focus on supporting the creation of lasting and meaningful change.
I am focused on supporting the whole person on their journey; integrating their being and their doing; utilizing life's experiences as touchstones for seeking further growth and fulfillment as you continue on your path to greater well-being.
I have and continued studying Life Coaching and now have been certified in Health and Wellness to educate my clients of more effective ways to a healthier life by utilizing a holistic approach. While aging plays a role we can be proactive to reach a better quality of life while aging. I am an affiliate member of TriVita Health & Wellness Supplements which has a solid proven background to help you achieve your personal health and wellness goals along with my guidance.
As an experienced Relationship Coach helping professional, I integrate my years of study and experience to allow my clients a new prospective on Life Matters as you will become to see during your visits. My life experiences as well as my education and professional personal life discoveries have allowed me to integrate these practices into my coaching programs.

I was not really sure about Life Coaching so going into this journey I was not real positive.
