About Me
Ms. Rosa Ruales has a Juris Doctor Degree from Peru and a Master in Business Administration from University of Phoenix. She is currently pursuing her Master Degree in Marital, Couple, and Family Counseling through Capella University. She has been sub-contracted by the United States Public Health Service using her abilities to help them conduct a research on drugs and mental health problems.
Her intensive education, bilingual skills, and training combined with her rich multicultural experience with people of all ages has resulted in a solution focused life coaching experience for a wide variety of clients. Ms. Ruales has received her life coach training from Coaching and Leadership International (CLI), The Global Leaders institution in Coach Training for Mind, Body, Spirit and Mastery in Business & in Life, which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Thank you for responding to my request to leave a "testimonial" for my life coach. Her name is Rosa Ruales and I had 5 sessions with her. I needed work on trying to find a second job to increase my income and find a better way to find happiness for my "long term " goals. We made tremendous strides in these 5 hours! I learned how to "brainwalk" and to actively think and behave more positively. She was so intuitive in her approach, outlook and resolution of problems and told me things I never ever before considered about myself! I have had "therapy" in my life, but NOBODY has ever revealed to me the ideas and suggestions that may have comprised my "roadblocks"! She helped me in reacting to many positive options I have in my life. I thoroughly learned so much about myself and about the world that I struggle with

I am writing this review/testimonial on behalf of Rosa Ruales. I have known Ms. Ruales for 4 years and highly recommend her as a LIFE COACH. She is knowledgeable and has a lot of life experience. She uses a solution focused form of coaching which stresses helping you to analyze your specific problems and develop a game plan you can implement. She follows up on the game plan and helps you stay motivated. I have used her services and found them to be very helpful and also recommend her to my patients and clients in the Gilbert/ East Valley Area.
