    For 16 years I have worked as a Personal Trainer helping people reach their fitness goals. My passion for health, fitness and a balanced life has naturally led me to Life Coaching and my commitment to help others lead their lives with purpose and fulfillment.

    As a Professional Life Coach I will help you find areas in your life where you feel challenged and want to see movement and change.I believe you are the expert of your own life and have your own answers. My role as your coach is to help you find those answers, and look at different perspectives around them to find resonance: to live your life fully, honoring your values, and living with purpose and passion.

    Like an athletic coach, I will be on the sidelines, watching and listening to you and your dilemmas, asking you questions, motivating, and empowering you to perform at your peak and reach your ultimate aspirations.

    I will help you:
    - find the areas where you feel "stuck",
    - clarify your goals,
    - understand what's holding you back, and
    - find ways to live your life fully and with purpose.

    I am a Certified through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and Member of the International Coaching Federation (ACC).
