Sharmin Banu is a Career advancement coach bringing to her clients the joy of self-discovery and aligning their life and career goals with their core selves. Sharmin’s coaching clients are high tech professional in the US coming from an eastern culture. On top of her coach trainings, a deep eastern cultural background and a 12-year of corporate experience(including 8 years at Microsoft) in the US, give her a unique position of learning what blocks these people to move up in their career path and what helps them to excel. She is very passionate about helping these professionals so they can honor their core selves and leverage them to thrive and succeed in the high paced corporate culture and have more fulfillments from their lives. Sharmin and her husband have a 8-year old daughter and lives in Kirkland WA. Sharmin loves to stay in touch with her friends and the extended family and plays a significant role to keep them together in spite of the geographical barriers.
