I believe in empowering individuals to make holistic life and career changes. I work with each person to understand their history and then move forward to make their future impact.
I received my coaching certification through Transformational Arts College and have been managing individuals throughout my career. I believe in the potential of each human being and feel a good coach can enable change and growth one step at a time.
It is a mutually beneficial relationship as my clients teach me and I help to empower them to make lasting change by setting goals and working through obstacles and towards lasting change.
It is an exciting, powerful relationship and I consider it an honor to be a guide for transformational life and career changes.

Before I was introduced to Steffi, I had never heard of a Life Coach. Before working with Steffi, every single aspect in my life seemed to be out of order. I was very unhappy with my job, my relationship with my family needed strengthening, and, I was basically unhappy with every aspect of my life.
It's been over a year of amazing transformation, thanks, mostly to Steffi's help. Not only is she a great person, but she really cares about helping people make their lives better. I am a lot happier than I have ever been in a long time.
I know I still have a lot of things that I need to work on, but, now at least I know what direction I am taking - I know exactly what I want in life and want I want for my wife and kids, and I am working towards getting it. I am giving 100% effort on everything and I couldn't be happier, thanks to Steffi.
