So far you have done Acts of Kindness for your friends, family members, pets and even strangers. Now it’s time to kick back and treat yourself to a little TLC. Do something nice for you - draw yourself a nice bath, indulge in a glass (or two) of wine, treat yourself to a nice meal or just relax with your favorite book. In short, be kind to yourself. You deserve it.
