Hugs and warm embraces feel great and have a positive effect on our overall happiness as well as our health. In fact, hugging has been known to combat stress, sickness, loneliness, depression and even disease. With that in mind, today’s Act of Kindness is to show some affection. Hug your loved ones, give you son a loving pat on the head, stroke your daughter’s cheek and tell her how much you love her, rub your partner’s shoulder—any kind of loving embrace will do wonders to make you and that person feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
