To be promoted to management position, while being able to establish a healthy work-life balance. Specially to give time to family.
Being able to managed a business on the side, if possible.

A 16 yrs employee in a bank/investment company. Had taken major work functions , but wasnt given an officer position. Also a proprietor, on the side, Lead by my husband. A church servant and a family-oriented person. I wanted a work-life balance for my goals. Yet, I am aware that I have to act based on my priority goals.
