What do you want to achieve in the next year by hiring a coach?
Find a strategy & operations role that pays at least $180K, preferably in the payments industry or B2B SAAS. I'm worried I'm making decisions based on fear, and would like to feel more confident about the steps I'm taking.
Tell us about yourself.
I'm 37 years old with primarily a management consulting background (6 years). I left consulting in 2019 and did strategy & operations with Google for almost 3 years before moving to a client-facing role at an AI startup. I was let go in December 2022 when my startup closed shop and I gave birth in March 2023, which delayed my job search. I'm starting my job search in earnest now, am worried that my experience has been too varied, and feeling insecure / discouraged about my time away from the workforce and my lack of traction in finding a new role.
