Tell us about yourself.

Currently I am the sole owner and operator of my business. I specialize in protective hair styles and hair extension installations. My challenge is that I've grown a lot over the last year and my clientele has expanded to the point where I'm always servicing clients and do not have the time to focus on keeping my business organized or executing new ideas for growth. I have "hired" 2 friends to help. One to organize my finances and help keep me on top of receipts for tax season and the other as a personal assistant to help me execute new ideas such as some product development. My goals for this year are to add products to increase revenue in hopes of being able to pay employees, add online courses to position myself as an educator in the hair community and hire 4-6 stylists to take over my clientele to free my time from behind the chair. currently I rent a chair in a studio space but my dream would be to have my own space large enough to accommodate 4 stylists out front and 2 private rooms for a VIP experience for clients that prefer a one on one appointment style
