1. Have more grip on personal finances, this gets me worried and occupies my mind quite a lot.
2. Become a better leader (I'm a young CTO, that rolled into this role without any leadership experience)

30 years of age, super extrovert software developer, from the Netherlands living remotely in Portugal together with my girlfriend. Running my own company, which put me on a lower salary and that stresses me a bit because I compare with friends from the Netherlands that often have much higher salaries, partners with high salaries etc. The future and the financials thereof scare me a bit (is my guess).
