I'm looking for a business coach to help me transform my wellness practice into a thriving family business. As an expert with over 25 years as a massage therapist, I've built a solid client base, but I'm ready to expand beyond just massage and truly step into all I have to offer. In addition to massage therapy, I'm a certified Reiki practitioner, personal trainer, nutrition coach, and menopause coach. I have so much to offer my clients but feel stuck primarily doing massage simply because it's what I'm most established in. I've tried mobile personal training but struggled to fit it into my schedule. Now, the spa in Simi Valley where I work 4 days a week is offering me their outdoor space to convert into a training area, which opens up exciting possibilities! I'm in my mid-forties with tween and teenage children, and I have a vision of not only spending more time with them and my husband but eventually creating a family business where they could be involved. I currently don't have a payroll system, but would love to establish one where they could officially be part of the business. What I'm struggling with is how to take practical steps toward these goals. Despite being an expert in my field, I have a very hard time promoting myself as such. I'm ready to step into the next phase and create a business that can grow exponentially, but I feel overwhelmed about how to get there.
