What do you want to achieve in the next year by hiring a coach?

My greatest areas of concern for launching the rage room are business planning, operations, and revenue generation. While I’m confident in the concept’s appeal and its ability to meet a growing demand for stress relief experiences, I recognize the importance of developing a solid business plan that outlines my target market, competitive edge, pricing strategy, and growth potential.

Operationally, I want to ensure the experience is safe, efficient, and consistently engaging for customers while keeping overhead manageable. Finally, generating sustainable revenue—especially in the early months—will be key, so I’m focused on building a strong marketing strategy and exploring multiple income streams like private events, group bookings, and partnerships with wellness professionals.

I’m currently in the early planning stage of launching a rage room business. The concept is inspired by the increasing need for safe, healthy ways to release stress and emotions, and I want to create an immersive, therapeutic, and empowering experience for customers. My challenges right now include developing a comprehensive business plan, understanding local regulations and insurance requirements, securing startup funding, and determining the most effective marketing strategies. I’m also navigating pricing, sourcing materials safely and affordably, and creating an operational flow that prioritizes safety, customer satisfaction, and profitability. My goals are to finalize a realistic launch plan, build a strong brand identity, identify potential partnerships (e.g., with therapists, fitness studios, or wellness centers), and open my first location within the next 12 months. I’m looking for a coach who can guide me through business development, strategy, and early-stage growth with a hands-on, supportive approach.
