I want to move into an executive or senior leadership role where I can leverage my uncommon combination of nonprofit leadership, construction expertise, and community engagement to create meaningful, measurable impact—both for the organization and the people it serves.

Over the past 25+ years, I’ve led teams across residential remodeling, large-scale project management, ministry leadership, and youth outreach, consistently bridging the gap between strategic vision and hands-on execution. I’ve built businesses from the ground up, overseen million-dollar remodeling operations, and led growing church communities—spearheading a wildly successful youth sports league and launching outreach programs for underprivileged children. Throughout my career, I’ve navigated real-world challenges such as staffing, budgeting, vendor management, relationship-building, and cross-functional oversight, always focused on creating long-term value for both the organization and the people it serves. As I look ahead, I want the next 15 years of my career to be a season of lasting impact—a legacy built on the talents and experiences I believe were entrusted to me by God. I’m ready to invest these gifts fully into a role that values purpose, leadership, and meaningful results.
