I'm currently looking to change jobs in thr immediate future but want to think broadly about my direction and purpose so I can develop myself and obtain a career that is personally satisfying. I would like to build my confidence and manage stress.

I am 47 years old and have worked in Real Estate Management for most of my adult life. I have a strong CV, and track record of continuous professional development, however I have experienced recent difficulties and wish to reflect and consider my options, build my confidence and self belief and ultimetly pursue a meaningful career prehaps in a different industry.
