I want to work on my self esteem. I want to be a better friend, partner, and owner of my company. I own a 30 person construction business. I feel overwhelmed in life and want to focus on having more confidence, time management and execution in my daily life to live my life according to my values.

I have a wife and an 18 m/o daughter. I own a construction business in its 8th year of operation. We have 30 employees. I am 35 y/o. I sometimes do not feel confident. I want to know who I am without equivocation and act swiftly in accordance with who I am and who I want to be as a man. I am looking for skmeone who can coach me on these things, as well as how the blend into my family and work life.
