I'm a 26 yr old Female. I just started my career from 2024, August. I moved out of country for work and I had a break up after 2 months. Since then I have not been able to have a balance and control over my life situations. I have been experiencing anxiety attacks time to time. I feel lack of purpose and very empty. I also feel annoyed and disinterested to any kinds of social engagements/activities on a daily basis.
